1. Quotes & Estimates Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based strictly on the plans and specifications provided at the time of quoting.
2. Site Access & Readiness The client must provide clear and safe access to the site for our crew and materials.
3. Payment Terms Terms are strictly as per the invoice provided. Progress payments are required for large-scale projects.
4. Liability & Safety Campbell Bricklaying Co. maintains all required QBCC licenses. Site safety remains a shared responsibility.
5. Workmanship We guarantee all work meets Australian standards for masonry. Minor variations in material color are natural.
